That’s my favorite quote of all time! And how true!! I’ve learned so much about myself through my travels, both in the United States and abroad.

My husband and I travel dirty-hostel style with backpacks and increasingly stinky “technical” clothing (I swear, the odor never really comes out of that stuff!). Together, we’ve traversed five continents…and counting! We usually travel open-jaw, where we’ll purchase a plane ticket into one city/country and a return ticket from another, finding our way between the two as we go.

The best part about traveling? The friends we make along the way. Warning: if we meet you on the road, you’ll likely end up in the blog. Oh, and you’ll have lifelong friends in us. 🙂
